pk388 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights, Our Obligations & Platform Rules

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "pk388", "we", "us", "our" refers to the pk388 online gaming platform and its operating entity, holding an internationally recognised gaming licence.
• "You", "Player", "Member", "User" refers to any individual who registers for or accesses a pk388 account.

Where the context requires, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

By accessing the pk388 Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or participating in any Game, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the pk388 Privacy Policy, and any additional game-specific or promotional rules published on the Platform from time to time.

pk388 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a government-issued CNIC, passport, proof of residential address, and payment method verification. Accounts that fail to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may be restricted or closed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pk388 Account login credentials. This responsibility includes your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number.

• You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or operate your Account on your behalf.
• You must notify pk388 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• pk388 will never request your password via email, phone call, or live chat. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our security team.

pk388 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. Actions taken on your Account using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have previously notified pk388 of suspected unauthorised access.

pk388 processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following rules govern all deposit and withdrawal activity on the Platform:

• Payment Ownership: All deposits must be made from payment methods — including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 — that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page within your Account dashboard.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawal requests are processed only after KYC verification is complete. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used in most recent transactions.

pk388 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing members. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published with each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, verified Account holders only. pk388 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied before any Bonus Funds or associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable Real Money balance.
• Bonus Funds expire if not used or if wagering requirements are not completed within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotional terms.
• pk388 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to compliance with applicable licensing conditions.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, exploiting promotional loopholes, or coordinating with other players to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent exclusion from the Platform.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.

All games offered on the pk388 Platform operate in accordance with the following fair play principles and technical standards:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk388 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors for financial gain. Any suspected errors must be reported to support immediately.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in "chip dumping" or other forms of artificial game result manipulation in poker or other multi-player games.
• Attempting to place bets on behalf of another person using your Account.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

All content on the pk388 Platform — including but not limited to the pk388 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, images, video streams, and audio — is the intellectual property of pk388 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pk388 Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any pk388 content without explicit written permission from pk388.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk388 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Loss of winnings resulting from technical malfunctions, network failures, or Force Majeure events.
• Financial losses arising from gaming activity, regardless of the game type or outcome.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment networks.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

pk388 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pk388 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms is confirmed or reasonably suspected.
• Fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or AML concerns are identified.
• A Player's self-exclusion request is received and processed.
• A regulatory authority or court order requires account action.
• Duplicate accounts are identified and linked to the same individual.

Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed Terms breach, any balances — including real money funds, bonus funds, and pending withdrawals — may be forfeited. In cases of non-breach closures (for example, a voluntary closure request), real money balances will be returned to the Player after standard verification procedures are completed.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under our international gaming licence jurisdiction. pk388's decision on gaming-related disputes — particularly those involving game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and technical malfunctions — is final after the internal review process is exhausted, subject to the oversight of our licensing authority.

pk388 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Account holders via the Platform's notification system and/or by email to the registered account address at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the pk388 Platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with clause 13.
